Youth Deacons
9th - 12th grade
Youth deacons assist in the preparation and serving of communion, are part of the church board, and can serve on Ministry Teams.

Summer Mission Trip
6th - 12th grade
Each Summer, First Christian offers a mission experience especially for youth.  The location of the trip changes each year in order to provide youth varied contexts in which to experience God through work, worship, and the people they meet.

Summer Camps
6th - 12th grade
First Christian youth have the opportunity to attend summer camps at Camp Caroline and Christmount.

Wilmington Interfaith Hospitality Network
6th - 12th grade
Youth prepare and serve a dinner meal for Interfaith guests four times a year.

Spring Fling
6th - 12th grade
Each Spring the youth group hosts an evening of dinner and entertainment for the single senior adults of the congregation.

Vacation Bible School
6th - 12th grade
As volunteers at VBS, youth assist with children's classes and activities.

Guardian ad Litem Thanksgiving Baskets
6th - 12th grade
Each November the Thanksgiving Baskets for Guardian ad Litem families are packed by the youth group.
